About Jasmin Adamson, LCSW

In my work I have discovered that what often hinders people from living a beautiful life is living behind the walls of trauma, shame, disappointment, and difficulty navigating the vast oceanic transitions that life throws us.

The healing journey is about unraveling parts of self that were never allowed to be. It is about discovering who you are and building a strong foundation that supports you through all walks of life. When you learn the drum of your own beat with a stillness of inner peace, you have something no one can ever take away from you. I offer a shame free and judgement free space so that you are seen, heard, and acknowledged and feel safe. I specialize in working with trauma, co-occurring disorders such as depression and anxiety, addictive behaviors, childhood trauma, major life transitions, and more. I utilize a combination of treatment modalities including: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Somatic Therapy, Adult Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and DBT.

I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work from Florida State University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have over 10 years of experience working in the medical and mental health field.
